Dorene’s career started in accounting, then Supply Chain and finally in IT.
Dorene worked for two Fortune 500 companies and received numerous promotions along the way.
Dorene started managing union warehouse employees and is currently managing a staff of IT Business Analyst’s across a global organization.
Dorene is grateful for the opportunities given to her and those people who believed in me along the way.
Dorene is eager to coach, grow and develop future leaders. Dorene has realized along her journey that being a coach and mentor is a passion of hers and is the area that most energizes her as she sees future leaders grow.
Dorene has also used a coach for growth opportunities in her personal life and along her leadership career and is excited to pass on the torch to see others exceed and live a richer more fulfilled life.
Dorene is a mother and stepmother of four amazing children and two high-spirited grandchildren. Dorene’s passion outside of seeing others grow and develop, is her passion for scuba diving (been to the Blue Hole), indoor and outdoor cycling and body pump.
